This site collects very little. Here is all of it, in plain words.
Who is responsible

What the enquiry form collects
- The domain name you ask about, your name, your business name and your email address.
- Your phone number, the topic and your note, only if you fill them in.
- The IP address the form was sent from, kept with the message to help spot abuse.
These details are used for one thing: answering you about the name you asked about. They are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Bot protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. It does not set advertising cookies.
Your note is delivered as an email to Renata's inbox. The site and its enquiry handling run on Cloudflare, and email is handled by our email provider; both process the message only to deliver and store it. If you write to us or reply to one of our emails, the same applies to that correspondence.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while a conversation about a name is open and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted. If a purchase goes ahead, the records needed for tax and accounting are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by writing to renata@mapsadvisory.com. If you reply "stop" to any email from us, we will not write to you again.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
