Information, not an offer
The pages describe how we work in general. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a particular name. A figure becomes an offer only when we send it to you in writing, and a sale happens only under a written agreement signed by both sides.
The written agreement comes first
Each sale has its own agreement naming the domain, the figure, the escrow service, who pays the escrow fee and how the name moves. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
Using the form
Please use the enquiry form only for genuine questions about domain names. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or automated, and do not submit someone else's details without their permission.
No legal or tax advice
We explain how our own sales work. We do not give legal, trademark or tax advice; for those, please speak to your own adviser.
The site itself
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or from a short interruption. The text, the plan drawings and the Maps Advisory mark belong to Maps Advisory and may not be copied for commercial use.
